首先白咖啡和普通速溶三合一或者二合一、黑咖啡的区别，其实就是在成分上面，白咖啡相比较普通速溶三合一、二合一而言奶成分会比较高，比较偏浓香丝滑的那种。当然也有可能会有糖分或者其他的区别，这个就主要看不同的企业、不同的咖啡制作原料了。

如果是和现磨咖啡比较，首先白咖啡大多是由速溶咖啡做成的，里面添加的是奶精，也就是大家所熟知的植脂末。但是现磨咖啡大多是新鲜磨成的，大多添加的是牛奶。可能有人看到这里会更喜欢普通的奶咖，但是其实相比较普通奶咖而言白咖啡更加爽滑，所以才能那么受欢迎。
